LGT Capital Partners’ Sustainability and Impact Academy at Freudenfels Castle

Hanna Edström (Swedish) is a Principal and co-responsible for ESG and Impact at LGT Capital Partners in Pfäffikon, Switzerland. In this capacity, she drives the ESG and impact efforts including investments, communication and education. She is a member of the ESG Committee. She joined the firm in 2008, initially working on the investment side with a focus on multi-asset portfolios. In 2017, she relocated to Shanghai to contribute to a range of start-up initiatives, before rejoining the firm in 2019. Upon her return, she transitioned to the client relationship team, primarily covering Nordic clients, and later assumed her current ESG role. She began her career as an investment officer at IKB Credit Asset Management. Ms. Edström holds an MSc in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics, an MSc in International Management from the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS) and is a CFA Charterholder. She is fluent in Swedish, English and German.

Keimpe Keuning, CAIA, (Dutch) is a Principal at LGT Capital Partners in Pfaeffikon, Switzerland. He is an investment committee member. Mr. Keuning co-heads the ESG team and is one of the leaders in LGT Capital Partners’ impact investing activities. Prior to joining the Firm in 2018, he was portfolio manager for sustainable private equity at RobecoSAM in Zurich, a boutique investment firm focusing on sustainable and responsible investing. Earlier in his career, Mr. Keuning worked for Fortis Bank as an associate director in investment banking in Amsterdam. He holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law from Leiden University and is a CAIA Charterholder. He is fluent in Dutch, English and German.

Stefan Lügstenmann (Swiss) is an Associate Director at LGT Capital Partners in Pfaeffikon, Switzerland. He works as an ESG and impact specialist, mainly focusing on private markets. Prior to joining LGT Capital Partners in 2021, Mr. Lügstenmann was a senior consultant at the dedicated sustainability management consulting company Sustainserv Inc. (Zurich and Boston). Before that, Mr. Lügstenmann served as the assistant of Switzerland’s Special Envoy for Global Sustainable Development (2030 Agenda). Mr. Lügstenmann holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies from the Graduate Institute Geneva (IHEID) and is a Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA).

Tycho Sneyers (Belgian/Swiss) is a Managing Partner at LGT Capital Partners in Pfaeffikon, Switzerland. He joined the Firm in 2001 and has initiated and led the Firm‘s ESG efforts since 2002. He has chaired the ESG Committee since its inception and has steered the firm in deeply embedding ESG principles into the investment processes for its various asset classes. Mr. Sneyers currently serves on the board of directors of the UN PRI. Prior to joining the Firm 2001, Mr. Sneyers co-founded Altgate Capital, a research and advisory firm dedicated to alternative investments. Before that, he worked at Goldman Sachs in the Equities and Investment Banking divisions in London and New York and at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in the Financial Services Strategy group, where he focused on international banking and insurance projects in Brussels, Luxembourg and Paris. Mr. Sneyers holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MA in Economics from the University of Antwerp. He is fluent in English, Dutch and French, and conversant in German and Spanish.

Alexander Zanker (German) is an Executive Director on the ESG Analytics team at LGT Capital Partners in Pfaeffikon, Switzerland. He is responsible for the ESG Analytics team and for the LGT ESG Cockpit that contributes to the success of sustainable equity, fixed income and multi-asset solutions portfolios. Mr. Zanker started his career as a Quantitative Analyst at Commerzbank Securities and as a Senior Quantitative Research Manager at Deka Investment. From 2008 to 2011, he was Head of Investment Management Quant at LGT Capital Management in Pfaeffikon, Switzerland. Prior to rejoining LGT in 2014, Mr. Zanker was Head Capital Protection Solutions at Vontobel Asset Management and Head Operations & Trading at Truewealth, both in Zurich. Mr. Zanker holds an MSc in Physics from the University of Stuttgart and is a CFA Charterholder. He is fluent in German, English and French.

Olivia Blanc (Swiss/Canadian) is an Analyst on the ESG team at LGT Capital Partners in Pfäffikon, Switzerland. She focuses on ESG and impact investment analysis. Prior to joining the firm in October 2024, she worked in Ivory Coast for the implementation of an ESG initiative on healthcare for smallholder farmers. Before that, she worked in Guatemala as a Human Rights observer in a NGO, helping indigenous communities in their legal settlements. Ms. Blanc holds a BA in International Affairs with a focus on law from the University of Geneva, and a MA in International Law from the University of St. Gallen. She is fluent in French, English and Spanish.

Anna Lisa Kreissel (Swiss) is an Analyst on the Liquid Markets ESG team at LGT Capital Partners in Pfaeffikon, Switzerland. Prior to joining LGT in 2024, Mrs. Kreissel worked for five years as ESG Analyst at Inrate in Zurich. Mrs. Kreissel holds a MSc in Environmental Systems & Policy and a BSc in Environmental Science from ETH Zurich. She is fluent in German, English and Spanish.
